Time: 7:42am
Weather: Cloudy, Misty, & Cold Warnings (12c)
It's really cold today, and although the weather guy says today will have 16c, I very much doubt it by looking at the view from my window this morning.

Well, yesterday, I have a little adventure when I decided to do some shopping in HK. My plan for yesterday was supposed to do some shopping at the famous woman's street at Mong Kok. I went down to the MTR (HK Subway System) to look for it because I don't know how to get there (Hey, don't laugh- you know I've been living in Canada for very long time). There I found 2 westerners who are also looking for that street. I ask them, and we go together. We say our goodbyes when we got there, and I started my shopping spree...and this is what I got....
This bag, I got it for $80 hk dollars (it is supposed to be $110, but I bargin with her, and the lowest we got is $80). I have seen this bag for sale in Canada, yet I forgot the price of it (probaly much expensive since they are real). I also got some magazine from the magazine stand. After, I decided that I should look for another famous shopping street: Fa Yuen Street, and it is supposed to be closed by the women street. However, I have no luck finding it, and in the end, I got lost. Right away, I told myself not to panic, for I can always have my last alternative ny taking a taxi home. I try to go back to the women's street and try it once more (this time, I try to remember the shops at the intersection; however, each intersection appears to be selling similar things, such as towels and socks...). After wandering on the street for more than half an hour, I still have no luck at finding my way out and go home. Fortunately, I came by a book store where they are having a spring sale; therefore, I went in and try to buy a map. Yes, they are there, and there are lots to choose from. I bought two of them....and got some books for myself which are on my HK shopping list.....
In HK, not only do travellers like me need a map, but also people who live in HK buy maps because many of them are not familiar with some of the places outside the city that they live, for HK is a place with so many roads, and so crowded. After shopping at the book store, I decided to get something to eat, and ask the people working there where I'm at. I found a famous dessert shop, where I ordered a mango trio. I asked the waitress there to show me where I am right now on the map, and they pointed out, and to my surprise, I was so far from my destination (the van station). After my dessert, I followed the map, and walking for about 20 minutes, I finally got to the van station. I got in and go home finally....
Where should I go today? Maybe I should go to HK Island to do some shopping at Taikoo or Causeway Bay...Well I don't know yet, but I looking at the weather, I know I better continue my shopping indoors since it is cold and rainy outside......Bye for now....:)
