Date: March 9, 2007
Time:9:33am
Weather: Cloudy with rain (15c)

Today is pretty much the same as yesterday with clouds and rain. Yesterday, I went to Taikoo-visited Taikoo shopping centre and Jusco. There, I bought 2 t-shirts for $99. I also went to the food court and have omelet rice...

After Taikoo, I took the tram (one of the oldest transportation in HK) to Causeway Bay for more shopping. Well, you wouldn't believe it, it only cost $2.2 (that's about 30 cent Canadian).

There were a lot of people at Causeway Bay because it has many Japanese department stores and shopping centres. There, I went to Sogo, one of the famous Japanese department store. Well, I didn't buy a lot of things at Causeway Bay; however, I did went to the Daiso Store in HK, which is cost Jusco $10 store. Fortunately, I went there in time because they will be closed down on the 18th after 5 years of opening.

It is 4:45pm when I decide to leave Causeway Bay for Central. I wonder whether I should go there because it's getting dark. In the end, I decide to go there anyway. I took the MTR to Central, and once there, I found Li Yuen street (another famous shopping street in HK). There, I see many Westerners buying souvenirs. I got myself some clothing: a jacket ($39), a blouse ($49), and a long skirt ($49). It's so cheap. In addition, I got myself a robe for $30, and a slipper for $19 (I think I made a bad deal there).

Later, I decide to go home. Luckily, the map that I brought the other day came in handy because it shows all the bus route in HK.

Once home, I got myself some takeout because I was so tired. That night, I also brought a dryer because the clothes in my brother's room are not drying due to the humid weather in HK. We got the dryer from the mall downstairs for $645, and it is working well. That night, I have a good sleep because I have a tired day by going to the 3 busiest places in HK.
